Thanks for your comment! Ya doughnuts are portion controlled (even tho high cal) but it's too easy to pop extra Timbits in your mouth...thing is, when ya eat Timbits they don't seem to register on the fullness level but a doughnut (if u must, lol) can feel quite filling. Weird eh?! Ya I have my Icecapp with milk...can't stand the cream ones. I find if you have a mental list of things just not worth eating and good (or at least better) alternatives...don't usually feel deprived either! : ) Good luck and happy sparking!
Thank you for spending the time to read my blog - I think having just put that blog together - the first time I have actually put the developing story together like that and now the penny has dropped - and I am beginning to realise what I have done!! So - I'm just a bit slow in the uptake!! LOL!! However it has proved one thing to me – that if I can do it anyone can do it and you will find that the results are way beyond your wildest dreams!!
