Thanks for reading and commenting on my blog. you are so much younger and you can really make over your healthy lifestyle much easier than us oldies. Please go for it now because later there can be other conditions added to the body and it is very hard to deal with multiple conditions.
Stay as healthy as you can. Eat right and exercise. I love strength training with the resistance bands and coach Nicole's Free videos on the computer. emoticon emoticon emoticon
