My Goals:
My first goal is to get to a weight of 200. This will be a loss of 85 pounds.

I would like to participate in whatever activities I choose without worrying that my weight/size is a factor.

I would like to wear the clothes that appeal to me.

My Program:
Eat no more than 1500 calories per day. Three meals plus snacks.

Eat whole, clean foods that are fresh, local and/or organic. No processed foods if I can help.

Exercise 5 times per week including cardio and strength training.



Personal Information:
Currently living in Fairfield, OH.

Work as therapist in Community Mental Health Center.

Other Information:
Lover of Martin, Sullivan, Savannah.

Enjoy nature/the outdoors, good music, good food and friends.

How cool! I think pilates looks to be very relaxing, as well as strengthening. I'll have to check back in with you in a few weeks to see how you are enjoying it. I love how dedicated you are to staying motivated, and to find new ways to improve your health.
