My goal is to lose 30-40 more pounds through persistance and fortitude.
I will consume low fat high fiber, high protein foods. I will do cardio 5 days a week and mantain my diet throughout.
I am 50 something and work 40 hours a week in a church and have little time for myself raising two children and looking after a husband. It's time to take me back from the depths of anger and unhappiness and become the person I remember I used to be.
