I'm a 40 something who has gained 20 pounds during the past two years.

I'd like to blame it on age and living in the midwest, but I know I've been overindulging in Hostess ding dongs and Wisconsin beer and cheese. I'm ready to make changes and live better!

My Goals:
My main goal is to fit back into my old size 10/11's. I would also like to keep in the habit of regular exercise.

My Program:
I'm trying to focus on eating more vegetables and less fat. I also want to plan more meals in advance, to avoid going out to eat too much. I've cut soda out of my diet by 95% and opt for light versions of food and half portions when I do go out to eat.

Other Information:
I like to watch cooking shows, love to play tennis, texas hold 'em and go to jazzercise. I also like martial arts movies and comedies.

It is Monday and back to the regular routine. The holiday time off is over, yet there is so much to look forward to. Like taking weight off because the goodies are gone, having time to exercise, and re-arranging the furniture now that the Christmas tree is down. Well these are my plans for today.

Sure hope you have a magnificent Monday...today only comes once, so please enjoy it.
