My Goals:
Eventual goal weight may be around 200, but I'm not sure. Right now, my first goal is to lose 10 pounds in 8 weeks, starting 9/5/2011.
UPDATE: Done. Next goal, get under 300 asap.
UPDATE: DONE! Next goal, 275 by 2/29/2012.

My Program:
I'm going to start walking every other day, tracking everything I eat, and observing the correlation between caloric intake, exercise, and weight. ONLINE tools to the rescue!
