My Goals:
-To reach a healthy weight range (Go From 203 to 150 by 8/16/2010) .
- Remember to put my needs first every day .
-To be a good influence on at least one person each day.
Mini-Goal:
- Reach 180 by 01/18/2010 [we will be in Aruba].


My Program:
I follow the SP guidelines for food: Count calories, eat well balanced meals...remember to eat controlled portions throughout the day.

I began going to the fitness center 3 x weekly. Cannot believe that I look forward to exercise NOW!

Personal Information:
My name Sharlene with a long-time nickname of Chuckles. My DH & I have been married 43 years on Dec 3. We have 5 children between us, 18 grandchildren (11 grandsons + 7 granddaughters), and 11 great-grandbabies (6 great-grandsons + 5 great-granddaughters) with and girl due in December.

We love traveling...especially to Aruba. Our 4th trip is Jan 2010. Life is great! God is Great!

Other Information:
They might not need me...yet they might!

I'll keep my head held just in sight

For a smile as warm as mine might be precisely their necessity!
