A mother for the second time: Now to lose these 40 lbs.

Hi my name is Coreen, I just had my second son 9/11/12.. and now I am lugging around 40 extra lbs. I can't wait to start exercising daily again (my 6 week appt. is 10/23). But for now, I am tracking my foods and trying to do a little bit of activity to keep my progress moving forward.
