Breaking the cycle

I have always been chubby the majority of my life eventhough i have been active in my teens and in my early 20's, but as I got older it was not that big of a difference. Then one day I went to the gym on a guess pass and worked out with a trainer, which I got weighed and I was at 361lbs. Oh my god after that he was telling the health risks that came with being so heavy. I made a decision right then and there to drop the pounds. So far I have lost 86 lbs and starting to notice little things like ...

Then one day I went to the gym on a guess pass and worked out with a trainer, which I got weighed and I was at 361lbs. Oh my god after that he was telling the health risks that came with being so heavy. I made a decision right then and there to drop the pounds. So far I have lost 86 lbs and starting to notice little things like pants falling off, having to add notches to my belt. At one time I could not walk fast on the treadmill, now I can jog at 6.0. I can now do a leg press of 850 lbs and I am going for a goal of 1000lbs before the end of the year. Not bad for someone who will turning 42 in three weeks!!!
