    Howdy, Thanks for the "Goodies." Was looking at the heart rate monitor myself last night! Ha ha! Yes, you are right in tracking just 1 point per day for tracking your food on our team page. Also, just want to let you know that I also sent you some info on our team page via SparkMail (which you can access at the top of your Start Page or through the "My Tools" drop down menu at the top of any page).

    Getting around the site can be a little confusing at times, so let me know if you need any help. There's a lot of exploring to do.

    Oh yeah, you can view your Spark Goodie notes by going to "See All of My Goodies" on this page, then click on the "See Note" area below the Goodie.

    If you would like to see the "I've Had Enough" team logo on this, your SparkPage, go to "Community" drop down menu above, click on SparkTeams. At the bottom of that page where it says "My Spark Teams," click on "Manage Team Preferences." It is there that you will be able to checkmark if you want to view our team on your SparkPage, plus there are other preferences you may want.

    Welcome, welcome! What a surprise to see you here. We've been working hard here on our weight as you can see on my weight ticker. It's been going kind of slow lately. I stay within my limits daily, but have hit some kind of plateau in the last week. Guess I need to get more exercise in. Today we went picking veggies at a nearby farm. Have our work cut out for us with roasting and freezing chilis and green beans tomorrow.

    If you are wanting to lose a few pounds, this is the place -- very supportive from other members (like me) and its kinda fun too. Both of us make SparkPeople an essential part of our morning, planning our meals out on the Nutrition tracker for the day, and we are pretty good about sticking with the plan. It's also helpful to see where your calories are going (e.g. carbs/fats/proteins) plus we like looking at the other vitamins and minerals we are getting too.

    If you need any help or anything on the site, we know our way around it pretty good after 2 years.

    Good to hear from you and hope this meets all your expectations!
