Oh, ok. Thanks for that explanation Jai. I have done the reboot for about a month in November. I still incorporate some juices into my regular daily meals just to help keep me in track with calories but my husband and I do feel better after drinking them. We have energy to tackle the usual daily routine of life plus we are still seeing weight loss each. After getting off of it in December we did see a gain each about 4 lbs but by incorporating the juices for either breakfast or lunch or sometimes both we have lost those 4 lbs and a few more since then. You just have to stay dedicated to it and after you get off you need to transition back to "solid" food slowly.
