Hello, I'm Jai. I am a single mother of two and I am gettting back on the healthy band wagon! I dropped of the site for a while, but I am going to start putting all the great tools offered on SP to use. My ultimate goal is to lose about 75lbs. With such a big goal, I plan to set mini-goals for myself. For every 5lbs I lose, I have a reward established. I have lost 10 lbs, but haven't redemed my rewards. I guess I fear that I will gain it all back. So I made a deal with myself. When I make it past the next 5lb loss, I will redeem my 3 rewards. Which are a Manicure, pedicure and new earings. Go me!!! I also think Blogging, even if I'm the only one that reads it, helps so I will attempt to create a blog once a week

My Goals:
to establish and continue a regular work-out program. Eat healthier and get portions under control.

1. To be able to do a Cartwheel!

2. To run around a nearby lake once without stoping.

3. To look as fabulous as I feel!

4. To reach several miles stones:
A. 25% of my weight loss goal (21.25 LBS)
B. 50% of my weight loss goal (42.5 LBS)
C. 75% of my weight loss goal (63.75 LBS)
D. 100% of my weight loss goal (85 LBS)
5. Go from an obese BMI to an Overweight BMI. 29.9 or less

My Program:
I doing a few things that have worked for me in the past. I'll be doing some of the biggest loserworkout videos. I have WII Active personal trainer 2 - I have completed two workouts and I was actually sweating by the end of the workout.

Personal Information:
Goals and Rewards -

5lbs - Manicure 11/28/11
10lbs - Pedicure 12/5/11
15lbs - Earings 1/30/12
20lbs - Necklace

Have to meet all four goals above in order to redeem

25lbs - new tennis shoes
30 - new work out outfit
35 - personal trainer sessions
40 - tattoo (part of a series)
45 - new outfit and shoes
50 - 2nd tattoo
55 - work out gear
60 - 3rd tattoo new dress
65 - new shoes and clothes
70 - 4th tattoo
75 - mani, pedi and massage
80 - 5th tattoo

It seems like a lot of tattoos!!! I just might back out of some of them and get just two. I want small butterflies on my back. A blue and pink one to represent my children and black butterflies to represent ever ten pounds that I lose.

Thanks for stopping by my blog Chryslermn, I really love 30 Day Shred, I am on it now. If you actually bored with anything, try to spice it up a bit, workout generator on "Fitness Page" on healthy lifestyle works for me a lot. Try it and Just Do It

Oh, ok. Thanks for that explanation Jai. I have done the reboot for about a month in November. I still incorporate some juices into my regular daily meals just to help keep me in track with calories but my husband and I do feel better after drinking them. We have energy to tackle the usual daily routine of life plus we are still seeing weight loss each. After getting off of it in December we did see a gain each about 4 lbs but by incorporating the juices for either breakfast or lunch or sometimes both we have lost those 4 lbs and a few more since then. You just have to stay dedicated to it and after you get off you need to transition back to "solid" food slowly.
