Looking forward to being slim & trim
I have struggled with my weight since I was a child. While not necessarily the biggest one all the time, I was overweight. I love to exercise. I understand its importance. I want to focus on eating healthy and remaining conscious of what I eat. My goal is to feel and look better for ME.

My Goals:
My goal is to lose at least five pounds a month. I would love to wear a bikini by the time I turn 40.
My Program:
I am focusing on nutrition to reach my overall goal of losing 60 pounds. I will continue to exercise and vary the exercise so my body can be "fooled."

September Goals: -Lose 1-2 pounds a week -Weight train three times a week -Attend spinning class twice a week -Attend Zumba class once a week -Eat within my calorie range -Do ab work at least three times a week Short term goals: -Lose 9 pounds by September 27 -Weigh in every three weeks -Make smart eating choices -Focus on one day at a time -Plan meals to avoid overeating -Chose healthy options when going out Long term goals: -Maintain weight between 130-140 -Eat sensibly more often than not -Continue to live each day to the fullest I love the color aubergine, a deep rich purple.
