Hi-I'm a 48yo mom of 3 (and proud "gamma" of a beautiful 4yo boy :), but there's too much of me to love, imho lol. Glad to find a place where we're all fighting the good fight. I've lost 50 pounds over the past year. I could barely walk a mile a year ago, and now I routinely walk 4 or miles almost every day. I've gotten rid of medication for diabetes and high triglycerides. I feel like a million bucks :)

My Goals:
My long-term goal is to lose 100 pounds. My short term goals are: 1. To lose 10 pounds- to 230). 2. To walk at least 10 miles weekly. 3. To keep my blood glucoses consistently under 150. 4. To keep my HgA1c at 6.2 or lower.
