Hi I'm 26 but getting ready to turn 27. I am going to have weight loss surgery in July I am working on my 6 months of dietition now. I have been diagnosed with pcos and low fertility. I am having this surgery and trying to make my life healthier so that my husband and I can expend our family and because I want to have a healthy life.

My Goals:
My goals are to get just live a healthier life. I have chose three goals to follow my first 2 weeks to help me achieve this and they are: no soda, sleeping 8 hours, and to exersice 10 mins every day.

My Program:
I am trying to chose healthy drinks such as tea with sweetner not sugar and water to drink instead of drinking soda. I am going to try to get to bed by 11 each night and up by 8 to start my day and to get a heathy breakfast. And I am doing leslie sanson walk at home one mile in home walking video everyday to help me reach these goals

That is great! Congrats on getting through month one! It isn't easy, but you are already showing good self-discipline. As far a working out, that exactly what you should do. Just build yourself up to it. You will be so much less frustrated and less likely to injur yourself. It goes quickly. Before long you'll be kicking everyone else's butt! :-)
