I simply want to tone up, feel better, and fit back into my jeans!
I have committed my self to excercising 45 min. a day 6days a week. I have changed my diet drastically, but I find myself giving into temptation about 1-2 times a week.
I am from Lexington, Ky. I have a beautiful 7yr. old daughter that I want to set an example for.
I find that all of the diet meal plans I have tried are way out of my budget. I want to eat healthy, yet I cannot afford to spend $100 per week on food. Nor do I have much time to prepare food. Can anyone reccomend how to eat well on a limited money and time budget?
