I will start with small goals... to lose 20 pounds by Christmas.
Watching calories & fat. TRYING to make sure I get some sort of daily exercise. Trying to eat less bad carbs and red meat and more whole wheats and grains and fish. Also trying to eat organic although that is very hard in my area!
