I want to be in my healthy weight... I don't want to be ruled by food. I want to run a marathon but my newest goal is to run a 10k!
I have joined weight watchers and use sparkpeople to plan and keep track of my meals. I run, do step aerobics, hike, and do other cardio/strength training.
I have two children- a daughter who is going on 5 but acts like she is 12, and a 3 year old son I am potty training! My husband is a preacher in training and we both work with the teens at our church. I am also on a sexual violence prevention task force.
Going to school to get my bachelors in human services management. I have my associcates in business.
I saw your comments to someone trying to lose 60 lbs and what you said was really inspiring. I just joined Sparkpeople last week and am excited about it. I have two small children and want to be healthier for them. I gained allot of weight with my last pregnancy (he's now 8 months old) and the extra 60-70 lbs seems to be affecting my joints and health. So thanks for the inspiration! You look really good. I enjoyed the pictures of you and your family on your spark page. (The one with the bear was really neat.)
