I want to be healthy for my family. It is time for me to lose the extra weight!! :)
I always try to feed my kids healthy choices, I should do the same for myself. I am chosing more fruit and veggies. I am drinking plenty of water. I joined LA Fitness in January and do their classes a3x a week, lots of cardio and weights and see a trainer every 4 weeks for my fitness evaluation. I also take my kids to the park a few times a week and have been trying to fit in exercize where I can.
I am from NJ. I am a SAHM and always busy chasing 3 littles ones around. I LOVE going to the gym- I am so happy to finally be doing something for myself. :)
