Hello! I also have four kids and on the contrary to gaining baby weight I gained and retained sympathy weight for my wife! I have been on Spark for a couple of years now and am just now beginning to figure out what works for me. To that effect I am positive I am going to lose between 80 & 100 lbs total this year. Hey there! Wow, thanks for message. I joined this about a year ago but am not very good about keeping up with it. I just recently started trying to do better but have slacked of once again. My biggest battle of course is with the bulimia. You said you had it for 15 years but have you recovered yet? I feel sometimes like I will never heal and so I just keep asking God to help me get over this disease. I am going on 20 or more years now. It started when I lived in Germany with my first husband but not quit sure why. I remember I had it when I was pregnant with my first child and now she is almost 20. I have been to a few shrinks and been on meds which I dont like cause they make me sleepy. And now I am premenopausel and I have thyroid disease. So I have all these odds against me and I have the same thing. Watch what I eat, workout and see little or no change. It baffles my mind! My hubby and I started really watching what we eat since the new year and he has lost ten pounds. I lost about a pound and a half and now it came back. I too am a health freak, love to work-out and give advise to people. But darned if I know what I am missing!! I think its a combination of everything but really how much exercise do you need or how many calories is baffling. I also love the Biggest Loser and would love to go to that ranch!! You have the key to success in your grasp. The difference in who is successful and who isn't is that those of us who are fail but we don't give up. When we get off plan we get back on as soon as possible. It works. Take your time and explore the site. There is a lot to learn. Try to use the food tracker. It really helps. In the WSIL3 team there are other people from the area.
