My Goals:
I weighed 125kg when I started my reduction program and I want to get down to 100kg by christmas 2006!
My Program:
I am A SCUBA Instructor so I spend a lot of time burning calories in the ocean, I use my stationary bike regularly and do several strengh training excercises daily. I am now on a lower calory intake program so I hope to suceed in my goal!
Personal Information:
My name is Chris Dearne, I am English but choose to live in the Southern Philippines. I am 55 years old and am married with 3 kids!
Other Information:
SCUBA Diving and Stationary Biking are great ways to stay healthy but when your wife is a great cook this can really keep the weight on!
