Current Weight Goal: 260 (I like to break it into chunks. Ya'll can do math, but my official start weight was 324.8)

My Program:
In my very humble opinion, weight loss really should be a three prong approach. 1. Watch your food. I personally love weight watchers. With a good leader, the program is catered to you. 2. Move it Move it. I don't care what your limitations are. Do something. 3. The noggin. I have tried everything too many times to count. The difference this time, and the reason I have confidence in losing it all/keeping it off is working on my issues especially with food.
