60 minutes cardio daily 6x per week, alternating strength training... zumba, taebo, slim n six, various classes. have cut way down on portions and incorporating more fruits and veggies into my day.

Love looking at cookbooks and reading in general. Trying to get away from the TV and those darn 4th meal commercials, which is difficult with cold weather. Always up for a good laugh, bernie mac makes my sides hurt from laughing.
