Welcome to my page!! My name is Christina and I'm a stay at home/ work at home mom of 3. My oldest daughter, Emma, is 6. My son, Max is 3 and my baby girl Elissa is a year and a half. I have always struggled with my weight and dieting. I dieted all through high school, college and it just continued...yo yo style! After my first daughter, I joined a gym and got down to a very healthy weight so I know it can be done!! However, 2 more kids later and working at home has sidetracked me and I've become overweight again.

This time is going to be different!!

I'd love to meet other moms, work at home moms, or anyone else that shares the same goals!

My Goals:
I would like to lose 55 lbs by April 30. I will NOT go to Mexico in May unhappy with the way that I look!!

My Program:
I'm cutting calories, eating very healthy - high protein and fiber, low carbs etc. I'm committing to getting back to working out every day - NO EXCUSES. I am using Jillian's 30 day Shred and Turbo Jam.

Personal Information:
I'm a married mom of 3 small kids, ages 6, 3 and 1 1/2. I'm also a work at home mom. I have a benefits business that I run from home. (If anyone is interested in doing what i do, let me know!! I'm always looking for people to work with me from home.)

Other Information:
I'm committing to change in 2009. I've made a lot of personal and professional goals and am looking forward to working hard on them every single day!

Happy Sunday. Hope you're summer is going great. Are you still on track to do all you can today to reach your goals tomorrow? If so, great! If not, what can you change today that will help you feel accomplished? One little thing. Drink more water? Cut out soda? Go for a walk? Small changes add up.
