2011 - walk,walk, walk & walk some more!!!

My weight loss journey has been a long one, not because I have a ton of weight to lose, but because I seem to lose and gain the same 3-5 lbs over and over. In 2011 I need to prepare for the 60km "Weekend to End Women's Cancers" walk in early September. It will be interesting to track everything.

My Goals:
My goal for 2011 is to lose more weight than I did in 2010. Having to prepare for the 60km walk should help that.

My Program:
Since this past summer, I have been trying to eat locally and organically - really paying attention to where our food comes from.
