I gradually started gaining weight in my late teens when my husband and I had been dating for a while and began to feel comfortable and eating junky foods, but I probably wasnt considered"overweight" My weight gain happened when I was pregnant with my daughter at which time I gained 100 pounds, yes I said 100 lbs!! Going from 150 to 256. Anyway, I eventually got back down under 200 (195) which is still way to big for my height. I found out I was pregnant with my son in 2007 and went back up to 238. Im commited to getting healthier and looking better! Start weight 6/16/2008=214lbs 07/08/2008=199lbs 07/15/2008=198lbs 07/22/2008=196.6lbs 07/29/2008=194lbs 08/05/2008=193lbs 08/12/2008=190.2lbs 08/19/2008=188.6lbs 08/26/2008=187.8lbs 09/02/2008= Didnt have scale 09/09/2008= 185.4lbs 09/16/2008= 183.4 lbs 09/23/2008= 181.2 lbs 9/23/2008-11/13/2008= Being a slacker no weigh ins!! : ( I do know I went from 178-179 and back down to 177. All because I wasnt tracking my food!!! ****STARTING OVER**** 10/14/2008 I have lost a total of 46lbs since January of 2008. I have went down 6 sizes in jeans from a 18 to a 12!! Never thought that would happen! When I started this I couldnt even imagine I was going to lose this much weight! I realize that it is very much a mental thing and I have tried to change my thinking to be healthier. I still have a hard time getting motivated to walk or be active. However, it is my goal to begin jogging to help me get to my goal, relieve stress and to feel better. 11/14/2008= 177.2 lbs 11/20/2008= 175.2 lbs 11/27/2008= 175.2 lbs 12/04/2008= 175.2 lbs 12/16/2008= 172.2 lbs After Christmas-Gained a pound 173 Its a new year and my goal to look good by summer! 01/10/2009= 171.8 lbs slacking the month of January!!! 02/09/2009= 171.2lbs 3/25/09 = 174 lbs * Time to kick it back into gear! 04/01/09= 172.2 lbs 04/06/09= 171.2 lbs **************************************** **** 4/19/2009= STARTED C25K 04/20/09= 170.4 ALMOST in the 160's!!!!!!!!!!! 05/01/2009= 170.6 05/07/2009= 170.00 05/16/2009=168.2! Woo Hoo! 5/26/2009=167.00lbs OCTOBER 02, 2009 Lets try this again. : ) 20lbs to gaol weight! I want this... I can do this!! 10/02/2009: 163 11/13/2009:161.2 HELLO 2010! THIS IS MY YEAR TO BE LOOKIN GOOD! I think I got comfortble where I was in the 160's and kinda slacked a little or alot. But I realized with gaining a few pounds that I am ready to get them off and to continue on this journey to a healthier me. I no longer want to see a flabby belly when I look in the mirror , have to hide rolls hanging over my jeans, I want to lose this weight, not only lose weight but look good and feel comfortable with the way I look. Sooooo 2010 is my year! I am going to finish what I started. I was really, really bad over the Holidays! 1/12/2010: 166.4 : ( = its ok I'll kick those lbs to the curb in no time. 1/14/2010= 163.00 WOO HOO! Here I come 150ville!
