9/1/12 - I have updated my page to reflect where I am at right now. This summer has been tough - my weight has steadily increased until I hit 182 lbs., the heaviest I have ever been. I have really started taking this seriously, since the way I look combined with the way I feel is a recipe for disaster!

I am a proud mom of a 3 year old son and a 7 month old daughter! I am trying to lose my baby weight + more! Here are my goals:

160 - weight when I graduated from college

147 - weight when I got married (dropped 20 lbs. for the wedding!)

My Goals:
To reach 140 lbs. by my daughter's 2nd birthday - January 27, 2014. I'm giving myself a whole year to reach my goal. I'm going to record my weight loss in 5 lb. increments, so I can really see my progress:

175lbs. - 2/23/13
170 lbs. - 9/1/13
165 lbs. - 11/15/13
160 lbs. -
155 lbs. -
150 lbs. -
145 lbs. -
140 lbs. -

MAINTAIN!!!

My Program:
- Staying within my SP suggested calorie range

- Get to the gym at least 3x a week

- Make healthy choices

- Stop adding salt to my food

- Be more active with my kids

I hail from Long Island, where I have lived almost my whole life. I have been married for 8 years. I am a librarian in the public library.

Thank you for the comment on my blog! The support is much appreciated and so nice to hear other people have experienced something similar! I am proud of myself I let myself sulk one night then got back on the healthy train the next morning! I will use this as extra motivation!
