If at first you don't suceed....

Life got in the way!!!! Stopped tracking and slipped into old habits. Gained back most of my weight and am starting back today before I gain it all back. Feeling sluggish and unattractive.
Decided to make a fresh start by resetting new goals and starting fresh.
Here it goes.

Be a healthy and active 175 lb. retiree by my 65th birthday on November 30th of this year.

My Program:
Track food.
Exercise every day no matter how little.
Breakfast with at least 30 grams protein.
Green drink everyday.
Limit carbs.
Plan meals ahead of time.

Thanks for the new exercise clothes... as a matter of fact, one of the things I suggested for my birthday was new yoga pants, and DD#3 got them for me. The other ones almost needed suspenders.

Good job doing your cardio at noon - most of the time I end up doing it at night, which may contribute to my sleep problems... but at least it's getting done.
