40 and fab :)

I'm 40 and working to be or already am...?? in the best shape of my life. I have 4 kids that keep me extremeley busy. I would like to lose 2-6 more lbs... I've worked really hard this last year and lost 18 lbs and gained tons of muscle. I'm always looking for ideas on how to improve my eating and workouts.
