Thanks for the comment/encouragement :) So far I'm really liking the program--I'm burning around 500 calories per workout, so thats always a bonus :)
The only problem I'm finding is that I'm not very strong--some of the videos want you to be able to do pull ups or tons of push ups and I'm not quite there in the upper body yet. Otherwise the cardio ones are all good!
