Sorry to hear you were not able to train. Why is that? It can be frustrating. But like you said give it your best shot. Did you sign up for Run with Porter? Hi Chris, thanks for taking the time to say hello on my wall. I have totally recovered from my surgery. Suffered a setback on personal problems, to which I'm still trying to work through them. As for fitness, I haven't been doing so well. I go to night school, I should be finished that in a couple of weeks and then for sure I will have more time to devote to fitness. As for eating, I think I am doing well. I usually have 325 calories for breakfast and 325 calories for lunch then that leaves me plenty for supper. Supper is where I tend to overeat. Weight is not coming off, but that's okay, as long as I'm not gaining. Having hypothyroid problems doesn't help much either. I am always mindful of what I am putting in my mouth and to me, this is fantastic. Anyhow, talk to you soon Chris! p.s. I wish our weather would smarten up! 1981 days ago
Hey Chris, It was nice to hear from you. Life does keep us busy and going in too many directions sometimes. Things have been going well, the scale and i have become friends, and I hope the relationship can stay intact.
I'm looking forward to summer, as I have had enough snow.
We should try and get together again, let's work on it.
