Motivated!

Time to update...I was doing so well until Sept/10. Then I fell and almost broke my foot. Unable to do anything on my feet, I still ate the same amount and ended up gaining weight. It wasn't until the end of November when I was able to really start getting back on track again.
Hence, I've started the weight removal again. I have to say with my diet change, I've recently gone vegan, I'm seeing good results. Being sick for almost a month hasn't helped either, but with my determination ...

Sorry to hear you were not able to train. Why is that? It can be frustrating. But like you said give it your best shot. Did you sign up for Run with Porter? I forgot to write it on my calendar thankfully they sent me a reminder email. I have been forgetting a few things lately. Must be my old age hardy har har!

Hi Chris, thanks for taking the time to say hello on my wall. I have totally recovered from my surgery. Suffered a setback on personal problems, to which I'm still trying to work through them. As for fitness, I haven't been doing so well. I go to night school, I should be finished that in a couple of weeks and then for sure I will have more time to devote to fitness. As for eating, I think I am doing well. I usually have 325 calories for breakfast and 325 calories for lunch then that leaves me plenty for supper. Supper is where I tend to overeat. Weight is not coming off, but that's okay, as long as I'm not gaining. Having hypothyroid problems doesn't help much either. I am always mindful of what I am putting in my mouth and to me, this is fantastic. Anyhow, talk to you soon Chris! emoticon p.s. I wish our weather would smarten up!

Thanks for stop in by my page. I am not doing well exercise wise. I am not doing anything right now. I am kind of discouraged about it. I had a set back and it snowballed into nothingness.

Hey Chris, It was nice to hear from you. Life does keep us busy and going in too many directions sometimes. Things have been going well, the scale and i have become friends, and I hope the relationship can stay intact.

I'm looking forward to summer, as I have had enough snow.

We should try and get together again, let's work on it.
