Thanks for the comment on my feed. I was on my way here when I saw it. Weird!

Yeah, our mosquitos NEVER go away. Even when we pop fireworks at Christmas we have to fight them!!! But, I would rather do that than freeze to death 9 months out the year. We have had a few chilly nights already & it was not nice! I had to get out my winter jammies!!! I like being chilly when I sleep as long as I can have covers. But, for some reason lately the dog has been clingy & sleeps with us ALL NIGHT! There's a photo on my page of how much room she takes up! That's a double bed. Now, ad a 6'1" 175 # guy and a 5'4" 135 # me to the area. Kinda crowded! LOL;))

Well hello my friend!:))

Any note from you is GREAT!;) I so wish they'd bring back the chat thing they had when we 1st met. That was fun. Remember I would be lying on my exercise mat & fall asleep???!!! LOL;)) Speaking of which, my sleep is totally wacked again! GRRR! I have sleeping from 7:30AM to 3:00PM NOT good for someone who has things to do. YEP! ME! I have things other than exercise & housework now! Some it is fun, other things so NOT! I decided life is to short to be on my treadmill all day or sweating in front of the tv instead of playing with my dog or visiting with a cousin/ friend/ sometimes up the road neighbor. More on that in e-mail.

The weight loss is at a stand still. I have to fight really hard to hold onto the 137 right now. It's so frustrating. But as I get older the more comfortable I am getting just being the way I am. I don't have that much extra weight & with the exercise I should be pretty healthy, I'm guessing. Better than sitting on my duff! LOL;)) But now, when I feel like stopping sometimes I do just that. The world didn't change and neither did anything about my life when I got down to 122-125. So, why kill myself. I mean I did feel better about myself and my clothes fit better.

Ok, when ever you have time an e-mail would be great. In the mean time I'll write you one soon too. I was so happy to see you on my page. Take care.

OH! HOT, yes but, now it feels cool when it's in the low 90's so I hope it cools down slowly or I'll be dead B4 long!!! HAHAHA! Most of May & june it was 104* in our backyard. That was just the air temp. too! But it never really bothered me that much.

Just poppin' in B4 I go to bed! It's been A long time! I'm still here. I just read what I last said here! OMG! I would kill to br back at 131.4! I am at 136-137 right now. Taking it slowly & really trying now. I have been since June 4th. I was at 139 that day! The exercise is NOT the problem. It's that I want to eat and my metabolism wont let me. I'm burning 700 cals. per day and trying to stay under 1400 in/day. Even doing this it's slow going. I looked at my BMR on another site that gives you your true BMR . It's 1263 NOT 1600+ like SP says so it should help doing the #'s like this.

So how goes it with you?

5 days is awesome!!! Keep it up!!

Cassidy joined Girl's on the Run and has been running 2 miles!! We are going to start working out together! Walking and riding our bikes!

She is my inspiration!
