Hey Chrissie, felt the same way about food but changed a few things. Stopped bringing home sweets, goodies and binge foods. Only keep fruit and Kashi bars at hand...and don't feel like binging on them...so survived hell week, if you know what I mean. Second week cravings settled down and now I make a conscious effort not to overeat at meals cause I want to. It's just a matter of how bad I really want to lose weight and for me I really want it.
