My Goals:
My short term goal is to drop 2 dress sizes by Christmas.

My long term goal is to drop 8 dress sizes!

To be able to fit in a plane without the extender!

My Program:
I have started a healthy food regime and have the support of family and friends to do this.

I exercise 5 times a week doing various aerobic activities.

Personal Information:
I do not enjoy going to the gym but have adapted a mantra, that "I have to go to work and that exercise is just an extension."

Ideally I would prefer not to exercise and just read, do the craft things I love to do and eat pie. But unfortunately that path is now no longer available..ho hum.

Other Information:
I love to travel and before I got way too big for the plane I did travel.

I just wanted to post a quick Welcome to the Chair Exercise TEAM. We're so glad to have you join us. Please jump in and have a good time getting healthy. This is an excited group of folks and really active team so you should be able to find all sorts of inspiration and motivation. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. There's always someone willing to help in any way possible. Don't forget to use the food/water tracker that spark people provides as well as the fitness tracker.
