In life, as in fiction, it's never too late to revise.

I'm Chris. I'm 46, mother of three (12, 11 and 6), self-employed writer. I've been going to the gym consistently for the past year and a half. I'm so much stronger and healthier, but the weight isn't moving. My work out habits are good, I've made great progress in switching over to clean eating - I just need consistency and commitment. Eat clean. Train hard. Lose these stupid 20 extra pounds!

My Program:
I have a no-sugar, whole foods eating plan from a nutritionist (1500 - 1700 calories per day). I take a weight lifting class three times per week, spin once per week and 20 mins of elliptical per day.
