Food- counting calories and eating healthy (ie: more freggies, more healthy proteins, less fatteing ones, more whole grains, less junk)
Exercise- walking, running, stairs, Stength Training such as squats, pushups. and crunches. Progress up to my sandbag routine once I gain more strength.

My diet is high in fruit. I eat a minimum of 3 lbs of bananas a day. I also have about 1 lb of greens per day. It's easy to get a lot of fiber that way.

Thanks for stopping by my blog and leaving me an encouraging note. Yes, I do have the Breville Juice Fountain. Juicing is not cheap. And cleanup is a pain. But it does help with the weight loss and for me the edema. Hope you are having a great night.
