Hello Everyone! I am new to SparkPeople...I am 26 years old, a mother of a 4 year old boy, and 1 year old girl. I am on a journey of losing 50lbs maybe 60lbs! I am a lover of FOOD! LOL I am trying my best to lose the weight for myself and staying healthy for my children. Hello Everyone! I am new to SparkPeople...I am 26 years old, a mother of a 4 year old boy, and 1 year old girl. I am on a journey of losing 50lbs maybe 60lbs! I am a lover of FOOD! LOL I am trying my best to lose the weight for myself and staying healthy for my children. I find it hard to lose weight because I love food so much and I sometimes cannot find the time for the gym...but now I try to go to my 24 hour gym during my lunch break and at night while my kids are in bed. I have been going for a month now and lost 15lbs! I can't feel the difference but I can't wait til I lose 25lbs and more! I go to the gym usually with my sister Vicenta who I also got her to join SparkPeople and I think she is on it more than I am LOL. I want us to be a team/ motivational support for eachother. I believe we all can lose weight as long as you really want to and set your mind, body and soul into it. Thanks for reading my introduction :)

My Goals:
Here is my goal for myself when I reach a certain weight...

189 - 9/18/11
185 - 10/10/11

175lbs - Get a "PROFESSIONAL" haircut/style...LOL I have been cutting my own hair for the past 4 years

170lbs - Get pampered for ONE whole day mani/pedi and a full body massage

160lbs - Buy myself a pretty dress

150lbs - Get a new motorcycle jacket :)

My main goal weight
140lbs - Buy myself 3 new outfits

My Program:
I never used to eat breakfast because I never found the time to...so while I am at work I get so hungry that I would find anything to eat. So now I eat breakfast so I don't get hungry at work. I eat a small portion lunch and sometimes go to the gym for my lunch break. If I don't go to the gym for lunch I go after work...which is alot better for me. I do 15 mins on the ellipitcal I usually try to get a mile under 10 mins...which I have been able to get to everyday. I do the vigorious step ups (arc trainer) for 10 mins at level 3.

Personal Information:
Born and raised in Maryland! A full blooded Redskins fan. Engaged to the greatest guy that motivates and believes in me.
