My Goals:
-Get to 50 kilos (53 by 21 Sept 08)
-Have a healthy diet
-Have a dancer body :)
-Be healthy for the rest of my life

My Program:
-Dance classes (Ballroom, Ballet, Jazz, Modern)
-Swim + Fitness sessions (my fav: Pilates, Steps, Bodystyling)
-Jog (When its sunny)
-Really want to start the 10 min/day exercise
-Want to try the calorie cycling to lose weight (now) and to maintain (when i get to 50kg)

Personal Information:
-South east asian
-Love dancing
-Dont really have weight problem (over nor under) but I get stressed once in a while because of insecurity with my body (especially when i am going back to see Mom)
