I'm starting over AGAIN!!!

I have been on the weight loss/weight gain roller coaster my entire life. I'm tired of going up & down, and I want to get off this ride! I joined Spark People over 2 years ago and lost over 35 pounds the first time. Then, I quit paying attention to what I was eating and I stopped exercising. I quickly put the weight back on and could no longer fit in my clothes. I just started the HCG diet 10 days ago, and I've already lost 13 pounds!!! It's difficult sticking to the HCG protocol, but I have the willpower to do it. I have a true addiction to food, especially ice cream, Heath bars, chocolate covered almonds (I can eat a pound of them for breakfast!!!), and pretty much any food you can think of... I can't think of a food I don't like.

My Goals:
My goal is to get back down between 105 and 110... and stay there! No more BS and excuses... no more slacking!!! I did it once and I can do it again, but this time I will stay at a healthy weight. When I'm through with the HCG diet, I want to focus more on weight training than cardio. Last time around I did a lot of cardio, but I didn't get as toned as I would like. I need to balance between cardio and resistance.

My Program:
Right now I am on the HCG protocol and find it difficult to exercise much because I lack the energy. I have a beautiful Arabian horse named Independence, and I see him everyday. I do get a little workout shoveling manure, carrying buckets of food, and giving him a good brushing and massage!

Personal Information:
I am an outdoor loving freak! Living in Southern Utah is such a nice change from San Diego. The mountains are swept with neon reds, deep purples, brilliant white, and coal black. I love horseback riding through the mountains and rivers that surround our town. I guess you could say I'm a Financial Advisor by day and a nature freak by night (and weekeds!). .

I made your Mushroom Chicken recipe last night. Wow what a HIT! It is awesome. My kids could not get enough of it and I had to watch out myself. MMMMMmmmmm!

Thanks so much for giving me the SPARK! I love this website. I'm on day 4 and have been doing really good. One day I went over in calories but I have exercised or trained everyday. I think I'm learning it all and am so surprised by how dead-on those nutrition and exercise quizzes were! I'll keep ya updated on how I'm doing. Hope your shoulder is feeling better.

WOW, that was very good and super easy! I LOVE cooking
but especially like it when there are minimal ingredients
and easy making!
