Hi,
I am so tired of being overweight and it seems like I am just never able to stick to healthy eating or exercise. I have had an entire life of using food to comfort myself and eating unhealthy food as well as never really sticking to an exercise program. I really need to change things now!

My Program:
I am replacing my dinner each evening with a shake and eating healthier meals/snacks throughout the day. Workout every day.

Personal Information:
I am a nurse and work on the night shift. I am sure that working nights has contributed to my weight gain over the years. Even though I have been working this shift for a long time, I still haven't figured out how to fit in exercise or not go to comfort food, caffeine, and sugar whenever I am tired.

Other Information:
I like weight loss magazines like Fitness and Weight Watchers.

Hi there! Glad you told me about Spark People. We'll have to schedule our walks. Maybe on Sundays we can talk on the internet, or on the phone, and set up our walking schedule for the week. Maybe then we'd be more likely to do it!

Hi, I'm the one that suggested the whole wheat elbows and laughing cow cheese in the mac and cheese thread. Just reading more and I want to suggest Barilla's whole wheat pasta over others. It is the easiest for me to pass off to myself as not whole wheat pasta. I can't tell the difference. The organic stuff from the health store didn't do it for me but Barilla's whole wheat pasta is great. Panzani is very good too, but I don't know if you have that in the US.

Hi! I saw your message on the 10 Minute Trainer DVDs. How do you like it? Are you doing any other DVDs by BeachBody? I am trying to decide between 10 Minute Trainer and Power 90. I don't have alot of time to devote to exercise and many times have to split up my strength training throughout the day just to get it in - hence looking into the 10 Minute Trainer. Let me know your thoughts! Thanks!!
