Hi,
I am so tired of being overweight and it seems like I am just never able to stick to healthy eating or exercise. I have had an entire life of using food to comfort myself and eating unhealthy food as well as never really sticking to an exercise program. I really need to change things now!

My Program:
I am replacing my dinner each evening with a shake and eating healthier meals/snacks throughout the day. Workout every day.

Personal Information:
I am a nurse and work on the night shift. I am sure that working nights has contributed to my weight gain over the years. Even though I have been working this shift for a long time, I still haven't figured out how to fit in exercise or not go to comfort food, caffeine, and sugar whenever I am tired.

Other Information:
I like weight loss magazines like Fitness and Weight Watchers.

Hello. I just wanted to say Hi. I am just getting back on Sparks and trying to work on my weight and me. You work with my mom (Carol) as a reminder. Last wk. my daughter and myself where ill and this wk. it's my son. He has missed 3 days of school but than will be back at it tomorrow. This weekend I am doing the Iron Girl Dulathon in Bloomington on Sunday and I am very nervous. My goal is just to cross the finish line. I figure everyone has to start somewhere and it doesn't matter if I am not as fast as everyone it's the point that I am out there and doing it. I am hoping my kids and husband will come chear me on. Well I just wanted to say hello. Hope you have a good day/night.

I feel the same way you do on your intro to your page, I too am tired of adjusting my clothes because they ride up or roll down. But we can do it! I do Atkins and love it. Wish you the best on your journey to a healthier you.

Thank you for adding me as a SP friend. That's a great idea what you do while you are at work doing wall push ups, etc... I think I will try to do the same.
