Okay, I totally fell off the wagon last year. I'm struggling with the desire to be at a healthy weight and staying there. Looking back at the time that I lost the weight I was trying to lose and meeting my goal - I felt GREAT and felt a wonderful sense of accomplishment. But once there I struggled with "now what?". Is this all there is? Sure a healthy body is great but I started looking for new goals that didn't involve workouts and weight loss. It seemed like as soon as my focus shifted so did my desire to keep exercising and keep eating those vegi's. It didn't take long for many of those lost pounds to find me again and my desire to put in the work to lose them diminished. How do I find that desire again? How do I find a balance that works for me and my lifestyle? I really need to get back on the wagon and find what works for me to not only achieve my goals but to figure out what is going to work for the long haul. I have a sister who lost about 150 pounds - she is obsessed with staying in shape. She exercises 2 times a day, has hired a personal trainer and all that she ever talks about is her workouts and what she is eating. It is boring and sometimes really difficult to be around her. I don't want to go overboard in either direction but it seems like I can't find a happy medium. Any suggestions? I did set a goal to start working out at least 3 days a week, drinking more water and eating more vegi's. I need some motivation to keep going.

My Goals:
Lose 35 lbs in 6 months. Eat healthier and exercise more. Find motivation to keep the weight off.


My Program:
I'm still eating healthy and have added many more fruits and vegetables into my diet. I've also started doing the 30 day shred, the BL Boot Camp and the Biggest Loser Cardio Blast I rotate through these each day. I'm also working on the C25k plan and hope to have that completed in 6 weeks.



Personal Information:
I live in Utah and I love it - the mountains, fresh air, and lots of walking and biking trails.


Other Information:
I love fishing, camping, and being outdoors with my sweetie. Being a grandma is the most fun ever! I currently have 11 grandchildren. They are the light of my life!
I also enjoy reading, gardening, and most of all being with my family!
