Life is good 2013
I've been meaning to update my SparkPage for a few weeks now. I have had such amazing success with the help of my husband and all of the great tools here on SparkPeople. I have been working on losing weight and getting fit for almost 3 years now. When I started on this journey I weighed almost 230 lbs. Today I am at 140 and loving life! I am healthier and happier and I have so much energy - I love spending time with my grandkids - I have 9 now and they are all amazing and full of energy. ...
I've been meaning to update my SparkPage for a few weeks now. I have had such amazing success with the help of my husband and all of the great tools here on SparkPeople. I have been working on losing weight and getting fit for almost 3 years now. When I started on this journey I weighed almost 230 lbs. Today I am at 140 and loving life! I am healthier and happier and I have so much energy - I love spending time with my grandkids - I have 9 now and they are all amazing and full of energy. My husband has been very successful as well; he has lost over 80 lbs. and now we are working together to keep it off and to be stronger every day. I am going to continue to log my food choices, I will keep exercising, and I will work on being a better me each and every day. I love being part of the SparkPeople family.

My Goals:
I now need to keep the weight off and continue to work on being healthy. I want to continue to enjoy life and all of the joys and challenges that it brings. I have set a goal to run a 10k this year. I am dusting off the rust from the winter by doing th e C25k program. I will do this 3 days a week and then do strength training on the off days. I have a 5k in May and the 10k is in August.
My Program:
I'm still eating healthy and have added many more fruits and vegetables into my diet. I've also started doing the 30 day shred, the BL Boot Camp and the Biggest Loser Cardio Blast I rotate through these each day. I'm also working on the C25k plan and hope to have that completed in 6 weeks.
Personal Information:
I live in Utah and I love it - the mountains, fresh air, and lots of walking and biking trails.
Other Information:
I love fishing, camping, and being outdoors with my sweetie. Being a grandma is the most fun ever! I currently have 8 grandchildren. They are the light of my life! I also enjoy reading, gardening, guitar hero, and most of all being with my family!
