I'm a chocolotier - a dangerous profession to be in when you are seriously overweight. Oddly, i don't really like to cook my meals and would much rather grab some fast food or go out. Which is, of course totally bad.
I have a habbit of dieting (or eating healthy, would be better) 1 year, losing about 30-40 lbs, then taking a year off. I went from about 250 to 225, then took a year off and added only 5 lbs (still tried to eat healhy, just less restrictive) went to 195, and 1 year later I'm on track again for a year's worth of loss.
I'm hypo thyroid, and even being careful at 1200 cals a day, i tend to only lose 1/2 pound a week. But that's ok. 200 is better than 250, and 170 will be better than 200.
1. Walk 2 miles, 5 days a week.
2. Get to 5 miles before France.
I am walking 1 mile each day right now, and plan to increase to 2 miles, 1 or 2 days a week, then 2 miles 4 days a week, then 3 mils one day a week, etc.
If i add .5 miles every other week, it should get me to 5 miles by Sept.
Work as a chocolatier at a small resturant/bakery. luckily I don't own it.
