    My first year of seriously changing my habits, I ate a lot of grab and go food. The difference was I ate only about half a plate's worth, and the other half was 2/3 veggies and 1/3 fruit. I combined bites of both so I wouldn't feel I needed dressing on the veggies. There are so many cleaned cut up veggies available now that it's not terribly hard to have them fast or bring some to work. I still do the same ratio of food, but I do cook a lot more of my own. I make enough for left overs a lot. Meals are fast!

    SP is an awesome site with everything you need to be a healthier you. Members are supportive and helpful.
    A really good way to stay motivated and accountable is to be active on your Spark Teams. And if you don't belong to any Spark Teams, I recommend you join a few that interest you.
