My current weight loss goal is to lose 15kgs I started my plan of changing my exercise programmes around every 6 weeks. My long term goal fitness wise is to do run a marathon.
I am maintaining to reach my goal by eating 3-5 meals a day, which contain both carbohydrate and protein. Eating 5+ a day fruit and vegetable. Drinking 3 litres of water a day. Starting drinking green tea. For exercise weights and strength training and running.

hay, just saw yr comment on my page. thanx 4 thinking of me. been in a really bad space, ate A LOT, GAINED A LOT! now i'm back on my journey. 1 week tomorrow. That's the longest I have managed in months!!!
