Chocoholic 4 Life

I'm 28 years old and my goal is to reach 65 kg.

I have been on my own eating plan since October 2011 (I lost 9kg on my own before I joined SparkPeople in May 2012). It hasn't been easy, there has been ups and downs, but the important thing is not to get discouraged by any setbacks and to just keep pushing on. It's a slow journey for me, but I feel that as long as I keep on trying, I'm ahead.

Like my page title reveals I have a humongous sweet tooth. I love chocolate ...

Like my page title reveals I have a humongous sweet tooth. I love chocolate and I try to eat it in moderation, but I do have my weak moments where I completely over indulge.

I used to hate going to the gym, now I love it! It just shows you that making something a habit, even if you force yourself in the beginning can become an interest later on, you just have to stick with it for a while!

My New Goals / Improvements (06 January 2014):

- Weigh 65 kg by the end of July.
- Weigh 63 kg by the end of December.

Eating Plan:
- Lean protein
- Complex Carbs
- Low Fat
- Lots of Water

Exercise:
- 40 to 50 Minutes HIIT Training
(5 x Week)
- 30 to 60 Minutes Mountain Biking (5 x Week)


Personal Information:
I love playing with my furry kids (Sharpei), reading, photography, playing the piano, watching a lot of TV Series and Movies and playing Computer Games with my husband.

Other Information:
I love rollerblading and ice skating. My favorite authors are Danielle Steel and Dean Koontz. I also like reading fantasy books like The Twilight Saga, Harry Potter and A Song of Fire and Ice.
