HI I am back and I have a smaller goal but none the less challenging I have gotten lazy and gained back 20 pounds with isn't a pretty sight. So thank you for any encouraging words you may have I know this time around it will be an enjoyable experience. Also I'm getting ready for spring break. WOAHH!!!





Hey thanks for coming to see my spark page! I have been on spark people since December 31 2011 i came here because i wanted to lose weight seriously and spark people were who caught my eye out of a random YouTube video. I'm glad i followed through with checking out the website because i could not have done this by myself. I'm 19 years young and i am losing weight so that i can stay healthy first and foremost. My doctor told me that i was a prediabtic and that i needed to lose 20 pounds or so . But i want to go farther than that i want to lose 30 pounds so i am 2/3rd's of the way there since i have lost 21pounds as of current. I never thought that get healthy could be so much fun and exciting!

So basically i have lost 3 pants sizes i wore a 13 or 14 but could still fit into a 12 now i wear a size 9 or 10 and even the 10's are looking a little loose .

DONE!! LOL I'm done being a big girl . Im done being the girl that couldn't keep up with my friends having to sit out because i wasn't fit enough. Done having to ask my friends to slow down walking because i was tired. Im doing this for me and i hope that i can spark other people to follow along

Today is March the 27 that this little note is being written and i have lost 25 pounds. Woah!! thats a lot for me i know i see some people losing 70 but i don't have to much fat left to burn. Its getting down to the little bits and pieces the small area on my stomach and the upper inner thighs also a little behind the butt. So i guess when i reach my goal i will be pretty much muscled up and toned out at least as much as i want to be.

Eeeeekkk finally in the 50"s its exciting to say the least only a few more to go before i reach my goal and who knows maybe i will set another goal to lose five more.

    When you shared about your feet hurting from all the standing and walking around, I wanted to share something that I hope will help your feet. My daughter ended up hurting her feet from her summer job..all the hours of standing on a concrete floor with not the best shoes. As a matter of fact, it really concerned me, because even into the fall her feet would hurt when my feet were fine when we went shoppping, etc. 2 things she did that in the end I believe let her feet heal and now they are more protected. 1. She soaked her feet in Epsom salts almost everyday. 2. I bought her a pair of Dansko shoes. They are very stylish...you can choose from basic brown or black leather or get into other patterns and designs that are really cute too! (I got me a pair too!) These shoes have an amazing support system in them for the arches of your feet. As a matter of fact, the shoe sales lady told us to wear them 1 hour for the first day and gradually increase because our feet would get stronger. She was right! Hannah goes to community college part time this year and she walks and stands for hours and her Dansko shoes look really cute with jeans and they also really support her feet. She has NO MORE foot pain. I know I was long winded here, but when your feet hurt, its hard to enjoy anything. The cost is expensive to me: $100ish unless you catch them on sale. BUT the investment is SO WORTH IT. emoticon
