It is made of eggs, cream of tartar for whipping egg whites, and cream cheese. That's all.
Some people do variations. I put a little Splenda in mine (like only 1 tsp.), while others make theirs spicy with cayenne pepper or like cheesy biscuits with shredded cheddar. I have not tried any of those yet.
Strong suggestion: When they first come out of the oven, leave them alone to cool. Then place into the refrigerator overnight...they go from fragile and flaky and become a good consistency, much like bread. It's not bread.
