Move It Move It Move!!
Hi my name is Nancy and I live in the mountains in the southern part of West Virginia.I use an Omron Pocket Pedometer to motivate me to get more movement into my days.I am striving to lose weight and get fit.February 2011 I bought the Wii Walk It Out workout game.I am getting great workout while building my island.Back in February I started out at working out to the game for 20 minutes while taking 1,925 steps.Two months later I am now taking 10,000 for around 70 minutes.It is such a great ...
Hi my name is Nancy and I live in the mountains in the southern part of West Virginia.I use an Omron Pocket Pedometer to motivate me to get more movement into my days.I am striving to lose weight and get fit.February 2011 I bought the Wii Walk It Out workout game.I am getting great workout while building my island.Back in February I started out at working out to the game for 20 minutes while taking 1,925 steps.Two months later I am now taking 10,000 for around 70 minutes.It is such a great workout and the time flies while you are having fun moving.I will starting my third time around the island March 2012. Spring 5% Challenge Commitment: Have you got your gym clothes, runners, water bottle, etc. ready to go? Yes What is your exercise plan? Work out to Wii Walk It Out at least 4 times a week for an hour each time.If I am away I will walk an hour that day. Strength train twice a week for 30 minutes each time. Do you know what diet you will follow? Found some recipes? Have you stocked up on the foods? I don't like the word diet.I am counting my calories and tracking on SP Nutrition Tracker.Will try my best to get in at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables daily. Do you know how to connect with your team mates? I am looking forward to being on a private team and getting to know everyone and share my Spark Points around to encourage everyone with Spark Goodi

My Goals:
My goals are to lose weight and be more fit.I will be participating in the 2012 Spring 5% Challenge.
My Program:
I am tracking my daily food intake and striving to stay within my calorie allowance on the Spark People Nutrition Tracker.I do aerobic exercise at least 3 times a week.I am enjoying working out to the Wii Walk It Out workout game for 60 minutes each time..I do strength training twice a week. I will be starting on my third time around the island on Wii Walk It Out March 2012.
