I lost seven. In April this year I picked up a Woman First at the grocery checkout, read about Spark People, and the rest is history. I take a quarter of one medication and will be off when I finish the bottle. Spark has changed my life and my future.

Thanks for checking out my DD's makeup video. She has given me the bug and I have started paying more attention to my makeup again, much to DH's delight!!! I have gone many years without bothering with much makeup, but now I feel like doing it again...new body and new (but older, alas) face!
