101 lbs down or 22% body fat, whatever my body settles on. I gain muscle like crazy, so will likely be the body fat %.
Cardio, cardio, cardio. I am lucky that I can actually built muscle with little resistance. I can not lift heavy weights yet as I have a disc issue, and I have to wait for the doc's ok. I just signed up for MMA striking classes.
I wear a BodyMedia monitor, so I know my exact calories out, as well as my calories in. So aiming to create a 1000 calorie deficit or more daily.
yes, tracking is huge! Glad you made it to the gym.... sorry you weren't able to spend more time there... but you are creating the habit and THAT, my friend is what really counts! Keep going! You can do it!
