Time to eat good healthy foods, drink lots of water and start to feel better physically.
I am going to reset my goals once again and try very hard to stay focused and motivated. It seems like no matter how good my intentions are to stay on track, I tend to get side tracked. Lately it has been one step forward and two steps back....now I must change that pattern around. I have found that my water intake is dwindling, and I am incorporating some really crappy food in my diet which is making me extremely tired and cranky. Seems like I can find an excuse for every bad choice I make ...

Seems like I can find an excuse for every bad choice I make and this needs to stop..TODAY!! I am going to try and make only good choices most of the time. Any encouragement would be greatly appreciated along with suggestions to any motivational blogs or Sparkpages.

My Goals:
My goal is to lose 50 pounds in 5 months.
My Program:
1. Exercise everyday @ least 10+ minutes. 2. Stay with a calorie range of 1300-1600 a day. 3. Drink at least 10+ glasses of water a day. 4. Eat at least 8 servings of fruits/vegetables a day. 5. Document/log everything that I eat or drink.
Personal Information:
I am from NE Ohio and married my soul mate on 04/04/04 (so he wouldn't forget our anniversary..lol). we met online in 07/2000. I have 2 grown daughters ages 26 & 28. I enjoy reading, computers, taking care of our pets and spending time with my family. I need and want to lose weight for a wide variety of personal reasons and I truly plan on succeeding this time.
Other Information:
Some of my favorite authors include Catherine Anderson, VC Andrews, Robin Cook, Stephen King, Sandra Brown...etc. I love country and classic rock music, my all time favorite singer is Conway Twitty....oh that voice!!
